Biography

I come from a family of professional Interior Decorators.  In the School holidays I would help out with small  jobs for extra pocket money.  Scraping away layers of old wallpaper I would often find interesting marks, scribbles and paintings done by the previous occupants of the house.  Theses early experiences have helped me on my journey as an artist.  

Today I have a BA Hons in Creative Practice and work out of my studio on the moors of West Cornwall.     

Wild edges and ethereal mists inspire my landscapes.   Whilst cool seas and rocky outcrops inspire my seascapes.  

My early influences were the abstract expressionists of the 1950s.
